Paf is set to acquire Bell Casino AB, a Swedish family-owned company, to broaden its onboard gaming services on European ferry journeys. The acquisition, scheduled for June 1, 2026, will integrate Bell into the Paf Group, significantly increasing Paf's shipboard presence from 26 to about 80 vessels. Following the merger, the combined entity will manage approximately 1,500 gaming machines and 450 arcade games along various ferry routes.
