Bit Bot has welcomed Frank O'Connor as the new creative director and Brian Ulrich as the general manager. This strategic move is aimed at enhancing the studio's development capabilities.
O'Connor, known for his role as the Halo franchise development director, brings valuable expertise in cross-media worldbuilding and franchise development to Bit Bot. On the other hand, Ulrich's appointment capitalizes on his leadership background at major companies like Nintendo, Microsoft, Electronic Arts, Kixeye, and Realtime Worlds.
In addition to these key hires, Bit Bot has added advisors Brent Friedman (Star Wars, Halo), Tony Harman (Grand Theft Auto, Donkey Kong Country), and Wyeth Ridgway (Star Trek, South Park) to its team.
O'Connor expressed his focus on utilizing Bit Bot's compact team structure to drive the studio's growth and elevate the quality of its original and licensed projects. Bit Bot is involved in developing games, comics, film, television, and collectibles in collaboration with renowned franchises such as Cyberpunk 2077 and Legacy of Kain.
